Walk/Trek from Thulo Phedi to Pathivara Devi Temple (3 hours comfortable walk). Trek/walk back to Thulo Phedi and drive to Taplejung. Overnight at Taplejung.
Early morning Move to Itahari on the way sightseeing at Kanyam and overnight at Iathari/ Birtamode.
